周末想食好啲,揀咗一間非常抵食嘅法國菜餐廳,位於銅鑼灣登龍街,雖然只是樓上鋪,但水準絕不輸蝕,一樣提供高質素的用餐體驗。有幾款抵食的2人set dinner,我們選擇了$638,包括了starter、soup、main、pasta、dessert同餐茶,是一個full course dinnerStarter先來一個海鮮拼盤,有新鮮即開生蠔🦪、翡翠螺🐚、藍青口🐚和蝦🦐,食材夠新鮮。之後餐湯選擇了雜菜湯和忌廉湯各一,附上的餐包非常軟熟,好食👍🏻配上橄欖油和黑醋,如果配牛油會更佳。主菜選擇了🥩炭燒美國頂級安格斯肉眼扒配紅酒燒汁,生熟度選擇了medium。炭燒技巧和肉眼扒都有水準,能夠做到稍微焦香,而肉質保持幼嫩。而且肉味香濃,油脂分布平均,不會有太多脂肪部位。生熟度會比較接近medium rare,而且稍為有少許血水,可能rest多一會更好,不過仍然是一塊好扒,配上的薯蓉和配菜同樣好味。🍝Pasta 選擇了煙三文魚風乾蕃茄露筍長通粉,這個要大讚,長通粉夠煙韌彈牙,煙三文魚加上風乾蕃茄和露筍,帶少許咸香和煙燻香味,味道有層次。最後甜品有心太軟🍮,這個又是要大讚,是食過最好食的心太軟,沒有之一

除了做到朱古力流心,蛋糕外層能夠做到鬆脆,非常講究烤焗時間和成份配合,和內裡軟滑的朱古力醬互相配合,口感味道都💯
