To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

樓面衛生意識令人十分擔心

正記野食質素ok，一般茶餐廳質素，晚市小菜比較出色。但近排午市同下午茶時段去食過幾次，有幾個樓面會帶住隻藍手膠手套，但無論係傳菜、補餐具、拎飲筒同抹枱都係用依對手套，有次直頭見到倒垃圾都係依對手套做，全程無換過，唔好講肺炎時期，就算無肺炎咁樣做野法都好唔衛生。而且抹枱個塊布，坐咁耐見佢地抺咁耐都係同一條，無沖過水，咁可能枱本身污糟，一直用都無問題，但條布係會抺埋餐牌同坐個張椅，最慘係個兩個阿姐完全唔怕人睇到佢地咁做野，你一路食，佢一路帶住佢隻藍手袋做上邊個堆野，當你無到。唔知係唔係人問題，暫時未見到晚市個輪有依個問題，但無乜野應該唔會再幫襯。
