To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踏入榴槤旺季，大喜屋推出咗有烤榴槤任食今次特登嚟到食烤榴槤而且放題質素都好好上菜冇甩漏，刺身新鮮款式選擇又多刺身拼盤三文魚好肥美，又夠厚切帶子好鮮甜，每粒都好大粒甜蝦夠軟糯，夠鮮甜油甘魚魚油味好足而池魚王有好口感火炙壽司仲有好多唔同種類嘅壽司最愛一定係火炙壽司比較份量比較細唔會食得太飽一品料理黃金軟殼蟹、蒜香牛油露筍炒脆肉鯇同蒲燒鰻魚真係必叫，我encore 左2次軟殼蟹新鮮熱辣香脆好足鹹蛋黃味炒脆肉鯇好鮮甜彈牙蒲燒鰻魚啖啖肉無骨烤榴槤一定要食，味道香濃軟滑真係食極都唔夠甜品見到唔單止有Häagen-Dazs任食仲有新既楊枝甘露芒果味道好出色
