To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇完國慶煙花，行過樂道，見到呢間咁夜都仲幾多人，就貢入去試下，其實食左晚飯不過口痕，所以點左春卷，鳳爪加兩杯飲品。本人一向鍾意香口野，個春卷炸得好鬆脆又唔油膩，個餡都好足料，非常好。酸辣鳳爪就普通啦，有點太酸&加返辣d就好了。飲品要讚下個咖啡，凍飲都好香！朋友話個奶茶都幾唔錯！見有d套餐， 都好似唔貴，下次行開呢頭有機會可以再來試下。臨走前想去個廁所，行到入去個地有d跣， 反映左，希望改善啦。
