To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去中環一間樓上餐廳食法國菜, 少少隱世, 但見好多人recommend就去左試, 食物果然好出色🤩Gratinee French Onion Soup Toast & Gruyere Cheese首先點左一人一碗焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯, 好有驚喜🌟洋蔥用慢火煮超級濃郁, mix左大量古也芝士, 每一啖都有拉芝效果, 中間放左一舊脆皮法包, 可以話係吸收曬湯嘅精華, 口感味道都好豐富Smoked Salmon & Avocado Salad煙三文魚牛油果沙律, 沙律菜好新鮮, 煙三文魚嘅鹹香同牛油果balance得幾好, 再配搭埋沙律sauce酸酸甜甜, 感覺好freshSlow Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek in Red Wine served with BaguetteMain首先點左份慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包, 又係好出色🥹完全食得出牛面肉係經過長時間嘅慢煮, 肉質非常軟同時keep到鮮味, 可以話係入口即溶, 配埋法包食可以點肉汁, 勁juicy!Spaghetti with Porcini & Garlic另外點左香蒜牛肝菌意粉, 意粉煮得岩岩好有彈牙嘅
