呢間樓上私房菜係由廣州大同酒家的爸爸三代接手人改名以來主要以粵菜式為主,大部分都係失傳嘅菜式燕窩鷓鴣粥面頭放左大量燕窩,再放上生拆鷓鴣肉撈埋一齊飲,由於佢嘅口感好似一碗粥,因此命名,而入面你無任何白粥係入面架酸菜炒豬肚尖酸菜係自家醃製,放左豉椒一齊炒,再配上口感爽嫩嘅豬肚尖。炒豬肚尖講求鑊氣同時間,係傳統私房菜嘅必點菜式順德式撈魚生 (深海𩶘魚)撈寓意:撈到「風生水起」,「愈撈愈旺」。猶如中式魚生,需要包住魚生、白飯、生菜一齊食,配上辣椒醬一齊食,層次更為豐富。大⁠蝦多士新鮮蝦釀製,內裡放上大量彈牙蝦肉,配上茄汁/喼汁一齊食,可以中和一下炸蝦嘅熱氣~荔灣式炒蟹以豉椒大火爆炒蟹,蟹肉肉質呈絲狀,味道鮮美,辣且惹味蜜汁火方一道中國傳統名菜,屬於江浙菜,金華火腿酥爛,滋味鮮甜,令人深有回味荷葉飯每一口飯都有濃郁的荷葉味,芬芳撲鼻,而且有大量鍋巴,吃下去爽脆香口!咖喱牛腩薯仔炆得好淋,牛腩肉鮮嫩,咖哩味香濃而且不辣,撈上荷葉食一流!蟹油撈麵將剛才炒蟹的油作為一道菜,配上麵一齊食,味道更佳~陳皮紅豆沙用左20年真皮熬製,有起沙效果,紅豆沙亦唔會太甜,為呢頓飯畫上完美句號~
