首先去咗sky lounge度sit for a while because the table wasn't ready when we went up to the restaurant, 帶位ge staff都係友善ge想order之際,已經話張枱執好,所以等ge時間都唔係好長入到去,一個字,好嘈,一陣再講點解講嘢食先(放心,大部分係好食der)個staff greet 咗我哋with a drink menu先,有主動customized his recommendation for us.我哋嗌咗1-2杯cocktail飲下,aeee,drinks ge 話,upper house就唔好expect太多appetizer叫咗啲生蠔,truggle gougeres (like little puffs but salty ones with truffle inside),個味鹹鹹地,truffle味好香,作為 appetizer1流想講d生蠔真係好拿好味,oyster itself quality固然唔差,但佢ge好味位,係d yuzu汁同上面少少ge調味(yuzu kos

一個pasta,最出名ge ravioli was all sold out,被逼叫咗conchiglie,味道可以,但唔surprising,portion幾細,男仔嘅話應該literally 2 羹食哂,可能for你可以嗌多啲其他嘢(掛)

個人認為tiramisu就好唔tiramisu,裡面有啲香橙碎which我覺得唔係好夾,plus成件事個味道係已經離開咗tiramisu,但賣相一定唔會disappoint到d港女(我話我自己)
另外一個叫咗 banana millefeuille,不要問,只要試!係唔會太甜的,成件事,食完唔覺膩,係好食的

一台客,你預大概有唔同人走嚟同你interact 少少,問下好唔好食,thx for coming嗰啲林沈嘢
唯一好大ge缺點係,真係好嘈,full house ge話真係要claim職業性失聰補償金,d design d牆應該冇做好隔音嗰啲,d聲係不斷係中間傳播and spread,就算對住個靚海境,其實都有少少炆
但食物質素普遍都above average,係我唔好彩,好食嗰啲全部都賣晒。海景其實都好靚,我唔介意d水準compromise少少。
overall, i would recommend Salisterra as the view is really so jeng!!!!!
