To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身諗住去泰華食面，無位。去左魚米食，因為有位。落單搵樓面，等左勁耐無人理。落完單，打開個櫃扲碗。頂，污漕到不得了。好啦，叫左野食無計，幫你抺乾淨。嚟左碗牛腩羅白撈烏冬，個碗邊係無洗過，牛腩柴既，羅白無味，牛腩汁又係無味，問佢扲辣椒油，十問九唔應。第二碗魚旦湯烏冬，我夾出嚟落個細碗，我個女話個碗好臭😂跟住我食粒魚旦，莓撚左既，即走人，無食過D野。無心做就咪害人哂時間啦，咁難食咁無服務，你黑面就帶番個口罩啦，垃圾。
