To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了個ham soft bread & mocha black咖啡幾好喝的，我點了skim milk，這裡用的是日本明治奶，我看到店員拿起紅色盒子倒進奶壺(即是全脂4.3的😱)，再一次詢問清楚是否脫脂的，她想也沒想就說是，唯有信她吧😐😪很少打食評，但好想反映，三文治入面的料擺放的次序好有問題。佢即點即翻熱餡料，這點是很讚的，但店員把番茄先放在麵包上，令底部的麵包濕晒😅😓 希望下次去，呢個問題會改善。
