To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前仲有晚市嘅時候同老公去左元朗yoho食野,好多間都要等位,相比之下呢間比較少人等,之前食過中環果間,老公睇完餐牌覺得d野都岩食,所以揀左呢間酥炸黑椒魷魚配韓式泡菜醬就咁食唔點醬都好味,幾香脆,係略嫌份量細左dd,食唔夠喉;黑毛豬泡飯韓x日式,加埋少少脆卜卜米;辣辣地嘅湯飯,有少少食到停唔到🤪想飲哂佢d湯🙈香辣龍蝦意粉都係咁好味,老公都讚,不過今次辣椒重手過上次食,但我鍾意,辣得幾過癮.整體黎講食物質素都唔錯,不過價錢貴左dd,食物份量又比預期少左dd;所以比較難經常回頭食
