To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天中午我好友去到這一間餐廳吃午餐,我們看到餐牌便感到很吸引,很多菜式也不太貴,所以我們也點了很多分別有韓式燒汁豚肉炒年糕、溫泉蛋牛肉石鍋珍珠飯、韓風香辣炸雞和半熔芝士脆炸薯條。😍我們下單後不到五分鐘菜式變一一上枱了。韓式燒汁豚肉炒年糕很滋味,因為燒汁很香,年糕煙煙韌韌,也很香口入味。溫泉牛肉石鍋珍珠飯的料也很足,牛肉不會太硬,而我很喜歡把蛋撈來吃,再和其他餸菜一起攪拌吃,感覺很美味。最後我也很喜歡把飯焦一一吃完,因為飯焦的感覺是脆脆的、也很香口。半熔芝士炸薯條的芝士很香,薯條很脆,可惜薯條很幼,所以不是太大口感。而炸雞很香脆,但是味道不是很夠,感覺便一般。整體而言,整個用餐體驗也挺好👍食物環境也不錯,價格也不貴,如果和朋友一起挾來吃時便可以吃到很多款式,感覺便很豐富🤤所以也會與好友一同再來吃的!😋
