臨近過農曆年,例必到花墟看看當造年花花情,未逛前在太子地鐵站附近醫完肚才出發,我今天想吃粥,另一半想吃麵,網上找找看,這間在搭開車附近的,平時也沒有發覺呢!四人枱的座位與枱之間不會過於狹窄。懷舊酸蘿蔔免費開胃蘿蔔,用餐前後或用餐途中享用,酸得來不會嗆喉嚨。蠔豉金銀蛋菜頭粥 $34蔥粒多,菜莖多,金銀蛋多,肉絲,蠔豉已經變了碎粒,粥底綿,食材本身的味道,清清鹹香沒有加味精。南乳豬手撈幼麵 $44麵條沒有鹼水味,煙韌爽身,豬手不肥膩,富有骨膠原的皮有微微咬口,又夠腍身,南乳味已入在其中。炸雲吞$38上菜才知是原隻/半隻蝦肉炸雲吞,蝦肉Q彈,雲吞皮炸得鬆脆,不過有少少油在皮面。牛肉腸粉 $24即拉牛肉腸粉,粉皮薄,晶瑩通透,牛肉嫩滑,其實期待粉皮嫩滑口感多於肉,沒有令我失望。
