To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試試新口味,同事收工帶我食好野,今次不是食韓國菜,日本菜,而是食上海料理😅,店內環境好傳統特色,掛滿詩詞名畫,亦和中式酒樓格局差不多!平日的八點時段已經坐滿人,看看餐牌,食物都有很多種類,小菜類,蒸煮類,涼拌類等等.....蜜味烤雙方$108(兩件)店員把一片好軟熟的麵包,加一片厚火腿,一片薄薄的脆腐皮和甜甜的蜜味汁,配搭一流👍🏻,每一啖都滿載口感,好有層次,第一次食到好滿足,真的好好食😋😋!樟茶頂鴨$140(隻)一放上檯已經嚊到帶有樟木和茶葉的特殊香味,製作考究,不需加任何調味,已經好惹味!👍🏻充滿湯汁的小籠包,皮薄餡料鮮味,沾上醋和薑絲,即叫即蒸,二人食用亦可以叫半打剛剛好😊!
