To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 蕃茄蛋麵,不了解這款菜是否屬於北京,但因為這晚有BB在場的關係,BB會岩食,味道與家常菜無異,不過蕃茄及蛋份量都好多,湯底清甜。

胡蘆白鴿,我對這款菜式有少少失望,起初以為像是燒乳鴿的,好像整隻乳鴿拿去燒感覺有點兒浪費,不過這樣的食法還是第一次,外皮脆炸了鎖緊乳鴿肉汁,但要立刻吃,職員還會幫你拆細剪細份。

甜品選了高力豆沙及芝麻湯丸,兩款都好好食,芝麻湯丸炸至金黃香脆,芝麻夠多絕不馬虎,略厭兩款甜品的餡料不夠多,麵粉較多。
