To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雞髀班蘭飯大大隻炸雞髀配以黃豆餅同炸豆腐,全部都係新鮮熱辣!炸雞髀夠大隻又脆;班蘭飯整成尖塔型,賣相靚又夠大份,而且食落啖啖都係清香班蘭味,食食下仲會見到D班蘭葉片,可見你貨真價實╴呢個飯真係食到停唔到口!印尼炒飯炒飯好夠味,香濃又有微辣,本身炒飯又會有D雞絲,豆菜咁,再配埋雞串燒,蝦片,整體好正宗又好食;如果覺唔夠辣,仲可以加埋旁邊嘅辣椒仔醬,食少少都辣到飛起!椰青餐廳入手嘅椰青夠清甜,椰肉都好薄好滑,好內未飲過椰青嘅我飲得好開心!!班蘭沙冰超級大杯!飲極都飲唔晒!夠凍而且好香班蘭味,飲完真係透心涼小食拼盤有炸雞、雞翼、黃豆餅、炸豆腐同炸秋葵。黃豆餅係第一次試,好有印尼特色,而且味道好特別,咬落粒粒豆,再沾埋泰醬食,都唔錯~其他食物就好岩印尼姐姐口味,都係煎炸野多!
