終於有機會可以嚟食「大圍小館」,之前一直bookmark咗呢間好耐都冇時間嚟食,終於今日放假一早就嚟食lunch。我去呢間係元朗分店另外一間喺大圍。其實係因為呢度有以前懷舊嘅灌湯餃食,所以就想嚟試吓。{灌湯餃}- 而家好多灌湯餃都係將隻餃子放喺個湯裏面,呢度就係做返以前傳統嘅方式,隻餃子係包住啲湯,咁先稱得上為灌湯餃。這灌湯餃好大隻差唔多有半個蒸籠咁大,灌湯餃裏面嘅材料好豐富,有瑤柱冬菇蝦肉豬肉… 所以個湯好鮮甜,最值得一讚嘅就係佢冇芫荽,因為我唔識芫荽,所以好啱我。食完一隻之後真係好想即刻encore多一隻👍🏻。{古早味牛骨髓}- 望落去細細碗咁,裏面都幾多牛骨髓,除咗牛骨髓之外,仲有一粒鵪鶉蛋同埋一條珍珠筍,而佢嘅味道就非常之惹味,有啲似沙嗲,都係好食👍🏻。{川芎白芷蒸魚雲}- 好香嘅中藥藥材味,應該唔係好多人可以接受,因為佢有少少苦味,但係我覺得佢係真材實料,而且我第一次食咁樣嘅做法,我覺得佢都算係好食,只要你接受到有少少苦味,如果鍾意食藥膳嘅應該會鍾意。{鮮筍蝦餃}- 呢個唔推介!我本人好鍾意食蝦餃,但係呢一籠蝦餃我唔鍾意食,佢唔係完全唔好食,但係如果以$49一籠蝦餃,我覺得佢

{川芎白芷蒸魚雲}- 好香嘅中藥藥材味,應該唔係好多人可以接受,因為佢有少少苦味,但係我覺得佢係真材實料,而且我第一次食咁樣嘅做法,我覺得佢都算係好食,只要你接受到有少少苦味,如果鍾意食藥膳嘅應該會鍾意。

{鮮筍蝦餃}- 呢個唔推介!我本人好鍾意食蝦餃,但係呢一籠蝦餃我唔鍾意食,佢唔係完全唔好食,但係如果以$49一籠蝦餃,我覺得佢唔好,首先佢嘅皮有少少硬,同埋佢蝦餃餡裏面好多水,有少少奇怪,我又唔係食小籠包😅,蝦餃裏面除咗有筍同埋蝦之外,仲有肥豬肉(可能係豬膏?!),我居然食到一條筋,咬唔到😤,所以成個口感唔鍾意。

{三蝦腐皮夾}- 呢個係一個功夫菜,佢係一層腐皮一層蝦膠一層腐皮一層蝦膠咁,而蝦膠上面會有蝦籽,淋上龍蝦汁,再喺頂部灑上少少櫻花蝦。基本上淋咗龍蝦汁咩都好食😂,但係我自己食咗有一個部份係冇龍蝦汁嘅,反而我覺得仲好食,龍蝦汁完全掩蓋左腐皮、蝦同蝦子嘅味,所以如果冇龍蝦汁我會仲鍾意。

{宮廷荷花酥}- 我有少少被佢嘅外型吸引咗,我以為佢裏面都係嗰啲豆沙餡,原來唔係,基本上可以用鳳梨酥就解釋咗佢係咩呀😅,不過佢嘅餡料非常唔甜,所以我麻麻哋😂。
