To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正宗成都串串

今天天氣轉凍了很多，難得出到旺角想食辣嘢暖下身。今日選擇左旺角既特式川菜串爆餐廳。餐廳環境很舒適，裝修很有格調而且感覺也很乾淨衛生。今日想食多啲所以點了二人任食餐。食物款式很多，除了串串還有小食，粉麵和甜品還有飲品都是任飲的。今天試了小食棒棒雞，香辣無骨鳳爪和藤椒雞軟骨。棒棒雞由雞絲青瓜絲加上胡麻醬，味道清新，風味十足而且可以解辣。藤椒雞軟骨亦很特別，藤椒味香濃配上雞軟骨非常不錯。這裏的串串也非常多款式，有四十幾種，而且一口一串非常方便，我最喜愛麻辣牛肉，和泡辣牛肉都非常惹味。主食我們點了成都肥腸麵，肥腸很煙韌配上美味的湯麵，而且不會好大碗，令我們可以再多點一碗老成都雜醬麵，這碗麵可以食到麵的原味和醬香，作為香辣食品的平衡非常不錯。最後食埋成都冰粉。真是滿足的一天。
