嚟到呢間日本串燒店,冇咩人,慢慢點餐有個開放式嘅廚房,但係聞唔到油煙見到廚房嘅師傅料理嘅過程,聽到都係講日文,十分正宗先嚟嘅係巨峰乳酸,粉粉哋嘅奶紫色,飲落味道濃郁亦唔太甜,係好舒服嘅巨峰提子味原來佢係會俾個火石爐熱住啲食物嘅,先嚟嘅係兩串大蔥串,大蔥雞肉同大蔥豚肉店員會俾埋海鹽你,唔夠可以調味兩串嘅做法都唔同,左邊雞肉係用燒汁,肉質細嫩又索到外面嘅汁,好juicy 右邊豚肉係好經典嘅燒法,只係用咗少少鹽吊味,已經好香,肉靚肥美彈牙本身調味已經好足,完全唔使自己落之後落嚟嘅雞翼燒到外皮金黃,脹卜卜肉質好滑,又保留雞肉雞皮嘅原味之後三串分別係南瓜,雞軟骨同洋蔥南瓜烤得好淋,食落甜甜哋,亦有飽肚感雞軟骨表面好多調味粉,食落又脆,痴住骨嘅肉都好香洋蔥咁樣切嚟燒好得意,一層層咁,上面掃上燒汁,入味香甜,冇咗好刺激嘅辛味豚肉露筍卷好fresh,外面薄薄嘅豚肉包住露筍,食落都幾juicy流心鵪鶉蛋大推!!!!因為太好食,食咗一粒先記得影相外表燒得好靚,入面竟然係溏心蛋嘅流心,隻鵪鶉蛋一離開支竹籤已經開始流蛋黃出嚟,食嘅時候要小心但係真係值得一試美國牛肉烤得好嫩滑所有串燒食到7788,呢個時候店員問
