位於尖沙咀樂道「泰濃麵」主打泰國船麵,每日人氣滿滿,好多時都要排隊先可以入座,餐廳老闆專程到泰國偷師再經多番鑽研,終研製出正宗船麵湯底配方,無論味道和配料,也跟在泰國吃到的很相似,除了正宗風味船麵外,餐廳亦有如海南雞飯,特色泰國小食如炸豬皮、炸蝦餅魚餅等🍜▪️頂級美國肥牛船湯金邊粉 $ 72充全泰國風味,湯底超級濃郁,船湯底用超過20種材料熬煮超濃湯汁,再加上30斤豬骨熬製8小時,過程不加味精,怪不得如此濃味,配上任何湯粉都非常美味,我就選擇咗牛肉金邊粉,配料還有炸豬皮、泰式魚蛋、秋葵和香蔥,好味得連一滴湯都冇得剩😋🐓▪️海南雞飯 $ 69海南雞飯亦相當不錯,雞件份量都幾多,而且皮脆肉嫩,沾上泰式香辣醬再配上香料油飯,非常美味🐥▪️炸雞翼 $ 39即叫即炸熱辣辣,外皮香脆帶一點南乳香味,肉質亦相當Juicy,滋味的小食🥬▪️唐生菜配秘制腐乳醬 $ 32這個是我的最愛,每次必點,爽口嘅生菜配上超濃嘅腐乳醬就是美味
