今日同朋友到灣仔正潮樓食晚飯。店員安排好座位就俾左鐵觀音我哋,可以邊睇菜單邊飲住茶。今日點左潮州炒香飯,豆醬焗嫩雞,青蒜炒鹹肉,鵝蛋。潮州炒香飯:炒飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明香口。加上臘腸真係野味可口同埋唔會油膩感,蝦仁就實肉爽口彈牙,連蛋花蔥夠豐富。重點係有臘腸但個飯半點都唔肥膩。豆醬焗嫩雞:雞肉肉質好,豆醬有著好香豆味。雞肉嫩滑可口。雞肉入晒味 。青蒜炒鹹肉:肉質好入晒味,配合配料一起吃更有著不同層次口感 。鵝蛋:鵝蛋大大隻,滷水入味香口。同雞蛋味道完全唔同更為香口。
