To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於旺角通菜街的「權記潮麵館」，係一間主打潮式粉麵的小店。店內裝修簡約，燈光明亮，感覺乾淨衛生餐牌上供應多款潮式粉麵、招牌飯、淨食、特色炸物及飲品等等招牌牛三寶麵牛三寶包括有：牛腩、牛筋及牛肚。牛肚爽口軟腍；牛筋炆煮得好鬆軟；牛腩就肥瘦適中，啖啖肉，牛味好濃郁！配上幼滑爽口的鹼水麵，正呀魚蛋魚片河粉加紫菜可以選擇清湯或腩汁湯底，我就揀咗清湯再加辣油。魚蛋魚片口感彈牙，滿載魚鮮味，好好食！河粉幼滑可口，吸收晒辣油及清湯嘅精華，香辣滋味淨權記水餃餐廳招牌權記水餃一客有六粒，每粒都勁大隻，皮薄餡靚！用料充足，每粒水餃都有雲耳、豬肉及2-3隻鮮蝦，味道同口感都好豐富自家製樽仔奶茶同樣係餐廳自家製的樽仔港式奶茶，紅茶及淡奶比例恰當剛好，入口絲滑，茶味香濃突出，甜度適中豆漿口感濃厚，豆味濃郁，唔會太甜
