我諗大部份香港人對潮州菜嘅認識都可能只係打冷,但今次竟然發掘到呢間正宗潮州菜,真係不得不同大家分享下!係一個星期日嘅晚上,爸爸提議去呢間潮州私房菜食飯。店舖地址容易搵到,但又遠離擠擁嘅太子站,算係旺中帶靜。我哋啱啱好四個人,所以就叫咗個四人餐試吓。眼闊肚窄嘅爸爸仲叫多左幾樣餸添~首先當日嘅盅頭燉湯無提供螺頭燉青欖,改而選擇左糊椒豬肚湯。每盅裏面大概有三至四條豬肚,幾條白菜,胡椒味偏重飲落時十分帶勁! 絕對唔係普通味精湯~順帶一提,套餐上菜速度算係非常快,湯飲到一半嘅時候已經上咗三碟餸,雖然已經同老闆反映左,叫套餐我哋都明白嘅~餐前小食:豬頭粽原本係潮州獨有既送酒小食,食落去柔軟而有彈性,充滿肉味而略帶點甜味。套餐裡面我地揀左清水鴨,雖然用鹵水煮成,但唔會過鹹。肉質都幾嫩,但係最impress我嘅係個鴨皮。雖然爸爸再三叮囑我唔好食塊皮,但係食咗一舊之後真係停唔到口,塊鴨皮係煙韌有咬口咖~~~香芒中蝦相比之下較為遜色,可能係個汁我哋揀得唔好啦,不論係顏色或者味道來講香芒味都比較假。不過有細心咁去除咗蝦尾嘅部份令到可以成隻吞都唔錯~生炒骨,聽說睇一間餐廳既水準就係睇佢煮生炒骨好唔好食!皮脆肉

首先當日嘅盅頭燉湯無提供螺頭燉青欖,改而選擇左糊椒豬肚湯。每盅裏面大概有三至四條豬肚,幾條白菜,胡椒味偏重飲落時十分帶勁! 絕對唔係普通味精湯~


順帶一提,套餐上菜速度算係非常快,湯飲到一半嘅時候已經上咗三碟餸,雖然已經同老闆反映左,叫套餐我哋都明白嘅~

相比之下較為遜色,可能係個汁我哋揀得唔好啦,不論係顏色或者味道來講香芒味都比較假。不過有細心咁去除咗蝦尾嘅部份令到可以成隻吞都唔錯~

10個讚! 非常推介,老闆介紹下得知原來佢係蠔餅既前身。仲搞笑地逼我地停低手頭上食緊既野一定要趁熱食左個蠔烙先添


老闆又係好大方咁落勁多蠔粒,d蠔仲要大大隻並非豆潤咁細! 同蠔餅唔同既地方係佢唔係脆身既,食落無咁熱氣,粉漿比例適中唔會太多。(坊間d蠔餅都太多粉啦~)

爸爸仲加左梅子蒸蟹,一碟雞,

仲將四碗白飯轉咗做炒粿條添,老闆完全接受,只係叫我地補返差價就OK啦。有時食私房菜嘅好處就係彈性比較高,而家眾多集團式嘅餐廳都好難俾你自由調套餐裏面嘅配搭啦

而碟粿條真係唔講得笑呀,食落超有鑊氣,芽菜炒得非常爽口!


老闆娘期間問咗我哋加唔加反沙芋,佢話平時好少整嘅,但今日整開就問埋我哋要唔要,嘴饞嘅爸爸當然order埋一份啦!

糖水:綠豆爽,上面加左潮式麻油,聞落有蒜香味但食落去係甜既,呢個我就唔係太好啦。
比較喜歡港式既多d

埋單只不過係大約$1100,爸爸大讚好抵食。多謝老闆熱情款待
