To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時好鍾意食辣嘢，呢日試咗呢間幾特別嘅川式麵，都幾地道同抵食。有麵食套餐選擇，分ABCD選項，自由揀要邊個餐。A係麵、B係飲品、C係小吃，而D就係甜品啦～我哋揀咗一個ABC套餐$98，同埋一個ABCD套餐$109，中環區嚟講都幾抵食！麵可以揀紅湯同白湯，唔食得辣嘅都有嘢啱食！🍜瘋狂肥腸面呢個麵好有驚喜！肥腸好乾淨無怪味，好大塊又煙韌，鍾意食內臟必叫！湯底個辣度幾正，係會食上癮嘅味道😂 我幾鍾意個麵質，雖然麵條唔係好粗，但仍然保持到麵嘅爽度，煙煙韌韌唔會腍晒，掛埋辣湯食好爽！🍜瘋狂牛肉面呢個麵揀咗白湯試下，湯底幾香胡椒味，仲有好多芫荽同蔥花，我好啱食😂 牛肉腍中帶爽勁，幾好食！麵條一樣係好煙韌！唔食得辣揀呢款啱晒～🌶️泡椒鳳爪有兩隻辣椒，都幾辣！辣過個麵，但辣得好爽，正！🍗棒棒雞 +$33個汁有啲似口水雞，但係純雞肉無骨，幾惹味！🍧成都老冰粉第一次食呢款甜品，又幾好食喎！冰粉係一大舊，滑嘟嘟，幾清甜，加埋鹹嘅花生同肉碎一齊食，完全無違和感，味道好夾，必食！餐飲叫咗羅漢果冬瓜茶（熱）同埋紅肉柚子+$7，兩杯都幾好飲！瘋狂小面嘅麵食果然係如其名，辣得好爽好瘋狂😂 食完會想再食！下次挑戰下加辣先
