烤青江魚見見面的烤魚有3種口味:麻辣、酸菜和泡椒,今晚要了個酸菜小辣口味,因為最近腸胃不好,太辣怕身體受不了,但又好烤魚這一口,好在餐廳有不同選擇給客人,真貼心❤️烤魚可以加不同配料,今天就加了紅薯粉,紅薯粉能吸收湯汁,吃起來煙煙韌韌,我個人最喜歡。青江魚肉質肥美,而且骨少又軟,用作烤魚最適合,不怕被魚骨哽親。燴炒藕片蓮藕切薄片,用乾辣椒和花椒爆炒,口感爽脆又惹味。紅糖糍粑每次來都會order , 糍粑經高溫油炸後外脆內糯,油上用黑糖熬成的糖漿,特別好吃。桂花冰粉冰粉➕枸杞,冰涼又明目,食嘅時候澆上桂花糖漿,又香又甜,是吃烤魚後最佳甜點。
