To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十一點半上完堂同同學即興去飲茶,可能因為岩岩開啦,成間得我地一枱,但就要十二點半交位。望望餐牌,有午市特價粉麵,唔算太抵,起碼都要八九十蚊,點心就無平。點心既選擇唔算多,我想食既粉果都無,最後叫左個烏冬同三個點心。炒烏冬份量既大,用既係讚歧烏冬,彈牙好食!但醬汁方面就比較淡,無咩味,唔太開胃。點心方面,好奇叫左個蘿蔔絲腸粉,黎到發現原來蘿蔔絲係炸既!都幾特別下,蘿蔔絲口感唔錯。最後加埋一,兩個人一人110鬆D,算係以中大黎講比較有素質既一餐~
