To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友行過諗住好耐冇幫襯新記,入去懷緬一下,嗌咗個三餸麵,我見到條八爪魚笑咗出嚟。條可憐嘅八爪魚鬚俾千刀斬斬到變八爪魚粒。個湯底有啲洗碗水味,可能係對筷子影響因為筷子有漂白水味,魚蛋亦冇乜特別。呢碗嘢$50不如去食X仔過橋米線。我朋友嗰碗仲搞笑,佢叫腩肉啲腩肉白雪雪剩係得肥膏,我見佢掉晒,佢仲叫咗四餸加買嘢飲$70。覺得可惜的是銅鑼灣老店越來越少競爭激烈,只有做出好味道才可以留低。佢呢個價錢呢個質素簡直係自尋死路。
