To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 留意咗成晚,負責我哋附近嘅阿姐主要有兩個,幫我哋上湯嘅盡責醒目,拎兜湯嚟仲醒目到滔起少少渣俾我哋相機先食,反觀另一位阿姐成晚同熟客打牙骹,成日扮斟茶,懶到咁明顯都無經理理佢。呻完不滿,講番個湯,燉三蛇湯好足料,睇阿姐撈碟渣出嚟就知,味道都幾醇和。

上依道菜又喺好搞笑,無啦啦嚟個白灼時蔬,隔咗好耐先上埋個蛇湯,佢哋啲服務,尤其出菜真喺亂到不得了,我哋唔喺要求5星酒店嘅水準,只不過喺間正正常常嘅酒樓服務啫。

紅棗香栗扣全鴨

鴨內釀咗好多紅棗及栗子,味道非常之香,不過,唔明點解上枱前鴨殼已經鎅開咗,而且,食落離奇地鴨肉唔多,講明全鴨,而且睇落都唔細隻,好似好少肉。人哋仙鶴神針,我哋就鮮鴨神「針」,封番鴨肚嘅鋼針仲跟埋上碟
,好彩支針又粗又大,近視嘅都睇到,如果喺細針就大家鑊。即時向一位男經理反映,佢除道歉外,即時答允送隻燒鵝補償,咁我哋又唔喺要搞大件事,但求食飯開心啫,不過,希望佢哋啲廚房大佬做菜用心啲囉。

明明喺一圍預12人,因為佢都講明包12人茶芥,但出奇地五蛇卷及瑤桂甫都有14件,當喺賣大包。啲五蛇卷不過不失咁啦,外皮都炸得酥化唔油,但蛇肉好少。

太史五蛇羹(3窩)

可能有3窩嘅關係,啲蛇羹原先喺外邊枱分好先送嚟,所以,我哋要求另外嗰兩窩擺上枱自己搞掂,可驗明喺咪3大窩嘛。雖然足3大窩,但感覺料少,質感都可以,只喺似食普通嘅碗仔翅,而且,勁重胡椒味,得個辣字。

燒鵝

因為「鮮鴨神針」事件,後上嘅燒鵝喺補償菜式。佢哋嘅燒鵝確喺唔錯,雖然,未至於即燒即食咁熱辣辣,但都皮脆肉嫩充滿油香,皮下脂肪卻唔喺多。

我無打錯,你亦無睇錯,以下依道菜原本喺支竹羊腩煲,但開始上菜無耐有個女經理走埋嚟話無草羊返,做唔到個支竹羊腩煲,唔喺話
?你無羊腩唔喺依一刻先知啩,朝早打嚟再確認張枱時你哋又唔講。雖然佢都好有禮貌講唔好意思,提議話換個麻辣雞煲俾我哋,仲俾夠隻半雞,就算你換夠兩隻雞都唔喺嗰會事,擾攘咗一大輪,最後,我哋都喺求求其其勉強接受就算。不過,個雞煲或許有隻半雞嘅份量,但就肯定喺「雜件」
,因為我哋專登數住佢,竟有5隻翼尖,而且無人話食過脾位,根本就喺一般做小菜雞球啲雜件位,真喺好無誠意。

原本個餐唔包甜品,再問問之前個男經理可唔可以送啲甜品嚟,佢都好大方,整碟桂花糕涼一涼降下大家心中「怒火」。桂花糕味道唔差,幾有桂花香,不過,夾起嚟比較易散。
