段純貞喺南區新商場THE SOUTHSIDE有新分店,嚟到當然叫咗好多台灣嘅經典美食!滷水拼盤有牛肚、牛𦟌、滷蛋、豆乾、鮮菌,用上慢火滷煮,款款都好入味。紅油抄手醬汁帶麻香,餡肉有豬肉同蝦仁紮實多汁。因為個人太鍾意食牛肉麵,所以主食都叫咗兩碗麵嚟食:犇牛四寶麵招牌有牛腱、牛筋、牛肚、嫩五花,配上手工麵,口感煙韌有質感;而濃湯燉雞麵嘅湯頭帶清香雞味,雞肉嫩滑,配幼麵更易掛湯汁。甜品就食咗黑白豆花同柚子柑桔豆花,豆花香濃嫩滑,前者加上芋圓,口感Q彈;後都配以柚子柑桔,味道酸甜好refreshing。餐廳亦有日岀茶太,揀台式飲品唔少得日出奶綠加珍珠,帶茶香,珍珠煙韌;而水蜜桃綠茶加上蘆薈,味道香甜又清爽。
