Restaurant: An Nam Pho X Viet Tea

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節外賣炒燶金邊粉

母親節當晚，5:50pm 經熊貓落單外賣自取「安南海鮮炒金邊粉」，回家打開膠袋，一大陣燶味，本身我好有衣食，唔想浪費食物，但真係太臭，仲要好油，真係臭到成盒唔食得，無奈放棄；再打開個盒，開始懷疑個份量⋯打去餐廳，問經理點解臭到咁，炒到燶晒，廚房可以照出俾客？再反映個份量，經理話係例牌。雖然留咗聯絡電話會補返俾我，不過真係好掃興⋯母親節少咗個主食。即管睇下下次個粉個份量同炒成點，再上嚟更新一下。（代續）
