第n次食牛大人,經常都係嚟荃灣分店,但原來無寫過,不過其實都出哂名 鍾意嚟呢間分店因為夠哂大間,我早嚟就有卡位坐😽 食材相對上亦較新鮮。真係超大間,容納到好多人,二人座位最多。既然價錢差得唔多,我哋次次嚟都係食最貴果隻「澳洲極上和牛」,種類包最多,仲送每位澳洲M9和牛牛丸2粒。澳洲極上和牛 $288-328 湯底+$50要咗雙拼,招牌牛大人秘方麻辣湯拼台灣鳳梨雞鍋。揀咗中辣都唔算好辣,麻度就尙可,係食落舒服嘅麻辣鍋,配牛肉好夾。另一台灣鳳梨雞鍋幾清甜,用來烚菜類就啱哂。食最貴嘅款式要當然要點呢個款式先有嘅菜式。肉類方面安格斯牛小排、手切封門柳、安格斯一口牛肉粒、澳洲和牛M5牛肩卷、豬雪花肉片都係呢個款先有,我會不停encore 安格斯牛小排、手切封門柳,前者肥瘦參半,後者瘦得來唔會有渣,肉味濃,如果鍾意帶少少肥膏就必食澳洲和牛M5牛肩卷,食落肥膩度適中又有口感。除咗肉類,漿類都有分,章魚珍珠漿都係呢款先有,短短一條有好多章魚粒好有咬口,另外仲有干貝鮮魚漿及蟹籽墨汁漿等等。仲有多款台灣直送美食/配料,個人推介屏東水蓮菜、士林鹽酥雞、鴨血、魚皮、花膠、海蝦,海鮮真係必點又值回票價🤣出面仲有
