母親節各有各忙,於是決定早一個星期食,媽媽喜歡食懷舊粵菜,我哋就揀咗灣仔名門私房菜魚蓉豆腐羹,絕對係手功菜,先將鯇魚蒸熟,再去骨切碎,豆腐都切到極細,令口感一致,魚肉嘅分量超多,食完飽咗一半薑蔥爆鮑魚,用砂鍋上,上枱時仲熱焫焫香噴噴,廚師將鮑魚𠝹花,令鮑魚更入味,最後連啲薑蔥都唔放過黃金蝦多士,蝦多士已經有蝦膠連一隻蝦,在响上面放滿炒香嘅鹹蛋黃蓉,我估每件多士用足一隻鹹蛋黃,極度邪惡,極度好味砵酒焗生蠔,上枱同樣香噴噴,蠔煮完都冇乜點縮水,吸收哂啲砵酒汁,連墊底嘅洋蔥都特別好食梅子鴨,鴨用秘制梅子醬炆煮,又腍又入味,可以送幾碗白飯啫啫唐生菜,唐生菜揀咗最靚嘅菜遠部位,加入炒香嘅蝦米蔥頭蒜頭,爆香之後用砂鍋上,青翠嫰綠,味道亦不過鹹欖菜肉鬆菜頭冬菇粒炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,配料又足,調味合適,食埋就完全滿足哂最後仲送上海帶臭草綠豆沙,清甜下火,完美完美
