朋友推薦過這間日本餐廳乾淨衛生價錢合理,今個星期六就來吃個廚師發辦11貫壽司套餐。客人圍著中間坐,可以看着壽司師傅用心預備材料,可以邊看邊吃真是一種享受。前菜有新鮮沙律配豆腐蓉和牛肉配高野豆腐,一款清清味蕾;一款咸香惹味。天然真雕壽司上面配有柚子皮,質地軟熟細膩,清新。帶子上面有炒香了的烏魚子,味道濃烈,和帶子鮮甜味有對比。深海池魚配自家製醬油,魚肉鮮甜。墨魚配海膽,切成絲狀,形象將花朵,入面有蒸熟了的子海膽。鮫鰈魚薄砌一片,上面伴著魚肝,鮮味十足,芥末又更刺激味蕾。赤貝海水味道濃厚,肉質嫩滑得來又有咬口。備長炭燒春魚配山葵漬,炭香味道燻香魚肉,好香口。北海道海膽滑嫩的質感又重鮮香味道。拖羅肥美到入口融化,好厚身滿足。備長炭燒鮫鰈魚邊,焦香撲鼻,又嚐到魚肉鮮味。中吞拿魚魚蓉手卷,美味的總結。魚湯蒸蛋配櫻花蝦,魚湯味道濃郁,特別的配搭。
