聽聞呢度新開,請咗好多大厨幫手 set up,梗係去試吓啦,是晚除了棒場外,我特意來食叉燒同燒鵝,仲有翅。餐單是我提早訂的,餐單如下:蜜汁叉燒燒鵝半隻花膠海皇翅芝士焗龍蝦(伊麵底)黃金蟹蓋 (4隻)瑤柱扒四寶菜紅豆沙生果盆4位吃,飽到打包一半,叉燒唔洗問,陳師傅名技,食過太平洋會嘅就知,燒鵝個皮係脆嘅,連鵝胸都好嫩唔柴,翅很足料,大大條的,份量亦很多,基本上已經飽了一半; 龍蝦很新鮮,熟度啱啱好 ,略嫌伊麵份量較少;黃金蟹蓋啖啖蟹肉,瑤柱扒四寶菜真是分開四類菜,並非炒埋一碟;最後碗紅豆沙真係好正,陳皮味恰當。現在很少中餐館有呢個水準,並非粗製濫造。
