To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都怕食烤雞,因為好怕肉質會好乾好鞋。可是見一直多人買,今日卒之試左4份1件雞(指定脾)牛肝菌汁,加焗薯和烤雜菜。結果都幾喜出望外😀雞件似慢煮個隻軟身又未去到好冧,「好好味呀」就肯定未去到,但肯定唔會鞋口。個汁濃味,所以夾埋一齊都唔錯。配菜恰如其分,特別係薯仔,入味。配冷泡茶好合適,夠大支又可以消消油膩感。

雞件似慢煮個隻軟身又未去到好冧,「好好味呀」就肯定未去到,但肯定唔會鞋口。個汁濃味,所以夾埋一齊都唔錯。配菜恰如其分,特別係薯仔,入味。
