To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 比漏左最重要既湯底

今天想吃沙嗲米線，於是我在南記的應用程式上下單，結果卻漏掉了最重要的湯底，整個餐點完全變了樣，變成了一碗清湯米線，讓我非常失望。本來附近就沒有南記，所以是請朋友在路上幫我取的。我致電商戶，經理只說下次再來時會補給我一個湯底。這次的經歷實在太不愉快，我決定不會再光顧這家店了。難道我還會特意再去為了一碗湯嗎？這樣的做法實在不負責任，讓人非常失望。今日想食沙嗲米線，所以我經南記Apps落單，點知比漏咗最重要嘅湯底，已經完全唔係嗰回事，變咗一個清湯米線，太令人失望了，本身屋企附近有冇南記，都係叫朋友來的路上幫我取的，致電商戶，經理只是說下次再來的時候補我一個湯底，首先這次如此不愉快的經驗後，我都不會再來這家店舖，難道我會特地再去為了一碗湯嗎？太不負責任了，令人非常失望。2025年1月1日就有咁不愉快的經驗
