To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁啱嚟呢邊做野，lunch時間唔多，行過呢間就入去。叫左個豆腐火腩飯，多汁少飯，同凍檸茶少冰。其實呢度都多選擇，不過趕時間就唔諗咁多。等果陣睇下食評，當堂嚇一嚇，有人話等勁耐，又有人話服務勁差，最慘仲要難食。不過有啲其實都幾年前，唯有希望自己冇事啦。我幾中意用凍檸茶少冰睇下店員有冇留心聽我講野，因為通常啲人都會以為女仔實要少甜/少冰少甜，好彩呢度合格，杯野真係少冰，而甜度係正常嘅。到個飯嚟，都係10分鐘內，正常時間。唔算太少飯，不過啲汁都夠，又唔會超杰。火腩幾乎件件有皮，啲肉半肥瘦得黎，瘦肉唔會乾到咬唔到，以茶記嚟講算幾好，可能冇期望反而覺得仲好食掛。
