To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港中山僑商會慶祝成立101週年,在香港會議展覽中心的大會堂筵開百席,場面盛大!我們吃了~鴻運乳豬件全體:中式飲宴的指定頭盤,由於我已等得肚子打鼓,所以我覺得這碟乳豬又脆又美味。雪花炸釀蟹蓋:賣相不錯,但入口欠蟹味,根本與平時的炸蟹鉗差不多嘛!燕窩金雀羹:燕窩另上,侍應會在我們面前加進湯內,感覺真材實料。可惜當我們享用時,燕窩竟然消失得無影無蹤,味道普通。福祿花菇鮮鮑片:花菇、鮑片都很大片,烹調適中,味道不錯。清蒸大海斑:蒸得太久,浪費了這尾大海班。蒜香脆炸龍崗雞:切得不好,賣相欠佳,但尚算皮脆肉滑。金菇甫魚干燒麵:較油膩。上湯煎粉粿:粉粿外脆內軟,口感煙韌。竹笙燉雙皮奶:很滑溜,很美味,好。精美小甜點:大家都吃得很飽,所以沒有吃,把它們打包了。整體而言,是夜晚餐食物質素尚可,最令人欣賞的是環境。
