Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因朋友介紹第一次黎駟馬拖車,呢間潮州菜有唔同分店,呢度裝修坐得舒服。菜式好有水準,服務好好。 蠔仔烙$92第一次叫呢類型蛋餅,外面係蛋皮,餡料係有煙韌麻暑質感既蛋餅,加上好多蠔仔做餡料,份量十足。海蜇手撕雞$58加左花醬好惹味,手撕雞肉嫩口,海蜇就好有口感。椒鹽鮮魷$92即叫即炸,炸粉比例剛好,內裡滑口,份量好多。方魚炒芥蘭$72芥蘭唔會太苦,有鮮甜味,炒得熟度岩岩好,幹有口感之餘又熟左。加埋方魚既味道唔錯,少少咸味令口感同味道有提升。前菜既酸菜都好開胃。
