To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 平日晚上七點,雖然已經有幾檯客人在等位,但等候時間不到十五分鐘便能進去用餐。雖然店面空間很大,不過每檯客人都坐的比較近,很容易聽到隔壁桌的對話,私隱度不是很高。前菜我們選擇了雞絲粉皮,味道相當出色,青瓜和雞絲切成幼細狀,粉皮厚身但滑溜,配上濃烈花生醬汁,簡直一口接一口停不了,個人十分推薦。前菜我們還點了涼拌青瓜,新鮮清爽,不過這道菜也沒什麼技術含量,很難會失手吧。吃完開胃前菜,就來試試小籠包,小籠包價格算便宜,餡料味道沒有做得非常出色,但皮薄,而筷子夾起來不會穿,輕輕咬開包皮,吸一下湯汁,一口一顆剛剛好。炒飯粒粒分明,而且做法相當豪爽,加入大量櫻花蝦,但櫻花蝦不是實身而只有蝦殼,其實沒有蝦味,只能吃到蝦乾的口感,炒飯吃到最後會有乾的感覺。雖然如此但整體味道不錯。(照片看起來份量很小,但實物大概夠三個人吃。)拉麵有嚼勁,不過由於湯和麵餅分開呈上,而麵餅本身非常乾身,就算上菜時已經剪開麵餅,要夾散麵餅也是有一定難度。主角清燉雞湯裡面有三塊雞肉,雞肉肉質嫩滑,輕輕夾開便能把骨肉分離,配上的雞湯有雞味(對,沒錯就是有雞味),不太味精,所以忍不住多喝了幾口。這裡的上海菜水準不錯,可惜定價偏貴,另

這裡的上海菜水準不錯,可惜定價偏貴,另外亦收茶錢每位$12。除此之外,店內看似人手充足,但每個店員總是很忙,要點菜或者結帳也需要等店員有空時才能處理,當晚鄰桌亦因為結帳等太久,最後選擇直接出去付錢,所以來這裡吃飯要有等候的心理準備,不過上菜速度我覺得倒在可以接受的範圍,店員也會主動不斷添加茶水,至於其他食評說的服務態度問題,當晚則沒有遇到,可能看運氣。
