To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從搬離元朗後已有一段時間沒有吃過永年士多今次碰巧要到元朗拿東西 當然要回味一下我特別喜歡永年的牛筋跟豬腸 每次都是必點項目而最近減少吃澱粉的原故 選了菜底的車仔麵菜底是用上菜心 另外則選了牛筋 牛腩 豬腸 魚腐本人最喜歡它的牛筋 製得相當入味 而且份量足豬腸都很不錯 的確是吃車仔麵必選之一其次是魚腐 軟腍微彈帶鮮味😋😋😋點了少辣 對我來說小辣剛好 有香辣的味道再加上一杯懷舊紅豆冰 大大紅豆 軟腍起沙 不太甜 吃完超滿足晚市時間來點外賣的客人特別多 一般堂食座位稍等一下就可以入坐
