To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

德昌係九龍城嘅人氣店，讚嘅彈嘅評語都聽唔少，一直都想自己品評吓，不過成日都好多人排曬隊，想食都唔係咁易。今日下午茶時間嚟到，終於冇乜人啦，叫咗招牌嘅魚蛋河加多碗牛腩米。魚蛋彈力適中，都有魚味，不過河粉就有啲碎，算係正常發揮啦。反而我覺得牛腩都唔錯，雖然唔叫做非常淋，但係調味幾好喎，唔會太濃太鹹，碗湯最後飲曬見埋底。另外如果想加辣請小心，佢啲辣油真係唔係講笑，落幾滴已經辣到口水鼻涕一齊流，咁當然都可能係因為我弱雞啦！
