To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工時間嘅太古市中心。晚飯時間。唔好諗咁多,有位就坐。金磚風沙炸豆腐好考師傅功架嘅一道菜, 採用滑豆腐 (而非比較硬身嘅豆腐), 炸到每件都金黃香脆, 外層口感脆卜卜, 內層豆腐仍然係滑捋捋, 絕對可以用 “外脆內滑” 黎形容, 超級香口嘅小菜。滑蛋韭黃炒蝦仁蝦仁炒蛋 - 家庭飯桌上的「常客」,蝦球 Q 彈,蛋嫩滑。配白飯無得輸…金牌乾炒牛河有鑊氣、夠味、乾身不過油,牛肉醃味適中,加埋是拉差辣椒醬,PERFECT MATCH !金粒西多配雪糕即叫即炸,勁好食,但極邪惡。(可惜雪糕賣曬,用棉花糖代替。)晚餐除左套餐外, 亦可以散嗌小菜。 小菜款式都幾多, 仲可以加錢跟白飯、餐湯同餐飲。
