To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我由師傅喺銅鑼灣既時候已經好中意食佢既點心由銅鑼灣到半山再到而家尖沙咀,咁多年水準無跌過。每次食都係一樣味,地方唔同但味道一樣!真心未試過有一間餐廳係咁耐都係一樣味道,每次食完都係會忍嚟住同身邊既人吹奏佢同諗幾時再去食🤤🤤今日同我朋友去食lunch,佢第一次食全素中餐。當然我知佢地不嬲都係要預早book枱,我就早大概半個月前book定既(驚無位🙈)介紹我朋友陪我食,當然要嗌我每次必叫既黑松露野菌餃(起碼自己要食一籠!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️)乾炒叉燒河,好好食!!叉燒啲邊係脆!!!仲有佢個蘿蔔絲酥餅真係無得輸!真係我so far食咁多間係排行第一,從來無跌落第二名!!佢個皮薄又鬆化👍👍🏻然後我朋友一路食都一路話好食無expect過素點心咁好食🥰特別係蘿蔔絲酥餅 佢都話出面酒樓都無呢個水準當然我地都有嗌其他野食,叉燒包都好好食,灌湯餃🤤,紅油抄手,脆炸蘿蔔糕,咸水角😂真係唔好問點解兩個女仔食咁多野😂😂
