To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排天氣酷熱又食得煎炸嘢多，感覺heavy;所以想食D簡單嘅嘢。今午和老公行到天后，見到有間上海食肆主打餛飩，正合我心意便毫不猶豫入內幫襯。凉伴小黄瓜＄16黄瓜甜甜酸酸，清脆爽口；用作前菜份外醒胃。菜肉餛飩八隻＋豆漿＄52傳統上海餛飩皮很厚，咬入滿口皆是粉。今次這間食肆就不一樣，皮薄饀多；所以每隻皆大大粒好飽滿，味道鮮甜。陳年花雕醉雞菜飯＋豆漿＄62充滿酒香的雞肉非常嫩滑，雞皮有如啫喱般精瑩爽口；絕無肥膩感。配上菜飯更滋味，飯裹加上蔬菜令口感清新爽口。脆皮素鵝＄62外層腐皮炸得香口鬆脆，內裏裹住冬茹、雲耳、紅蘿白絲；充滿口感。沾上酸醋令食慾大增。
