To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同友人傾開計,講開中華廚藝學院有間靚view酒店喺薄扶林,佢好有興趣試,於是book左個lunch。其實間餐廳行會員制,好彩識人係會員啫。我地book1:45,但係last order係1:30,於是我地order定,費事真係過左1:30先到,冇得食。當日餐單其實有d攪嘢,唔大路(同我以前喺依度食過嘅lunch set 相比),我地揀左4 course set (即係連甜品),頭盤分別係炸蟹餅拼西芹沙律同燒吞拿魚拼火箭菜沙律,湯揀左菠菜忌廉湯(雖然佢有另一款清雞湯),主菜就真係好難揀,佢有3款,一款係香煎魔鬼魚翅,另外係我地揀左嘅是日精選烤肉(酥皮焗三文魚)同香煎牛仔肝(calf liver)。平時lunch set 總有號豬、牛扒同雞都冇,所以我地揀嘅時候都好苦惱,唯有希望同學們煮得好d啦。我地book左車位,泊完車入大門開始,service都非常好,lobby嘅同學們好有禮貌,上到6樓T Hotel嘅同學仔都好好禮貌。我們坐望正海嘅枱,好靚呢!serve我地嘅同學,好快過嚟同我地對preorder嘅menu. 好快跟住就上麵包,麵包款式都有好幾款,個人最鍾意德國包。可能我地preo

可能我地preorder左,上菜速度極快,頭盤好快出現我地面前,我嘅吞拿魚沙律ok,微微煎過嘅吞拿魚獨有嘅口感,配合清新沙律菜,好一個開胃菜,至於友人嘅蟹餅,我試食左少少,都萛香脆好味,不過略為油膩,好彩都跟沙律,可以中和吓。菠菜忌廉湯綠油油,食落好creamy,正,攪到我地一路飲湯一路食包,停唔到口。至於主菜方面,我嘅酥皮焗三文魚,賣相真係零分,塊三文魚係碎濕濕嘅,淨係得包住佢嘅酥皮係完整嘅,唔知係切到尾,攪到咁肉酸,定係學生們失手……三文魚唔滑,我預左,不過真係好鞋囉,唯一可以讚個汁幾好味,冇左佢真係食唔落。友人嘅calf liver,好適合鍾意食內臟嘅朋友,講真,好蘇,友人雖然食開肉臟,都食唔晒全碟……最後嘅甜品,好彩味道唔錯,特別係友人嘅椰子mousse,好有椰香,口感細膩,唔會太甜,佢一啖不留。
