燒味飯係香港出名嘅飲食文化,但偏向油膩,所以唔係經常食,正因如此,每次食都要揀間有質素保證食開銅鑼灣登龍街大壹燒鵝,每次都唔會失望。今次叫咗例牌燒鵝同燒味三拼:燒腩仔,半肥叉燒及玫瑰豉油雞;另外加個飯、米粉及油菜燒鵝例牌要咗上庄,因為鍾意食鵝胸,上枱見到鵝皮色水均勻有光澤,唔會燒到過燶,而且頻頻出爐,每隻都唔會放好耐保持新鮮。咬落去鵝肉細緻,調味恰到好處,唔會過鹹,最重要係鵝皮脆口油脂豐富,絕對係高水準之作三拼都同樣出色:燒腩仔脆皮唔過鹹,一口一粒啱啱好半肥叉有燶邊位,係食叉燒嘅最高境界🤤😆豉油雞仲俾咗雞髀添,雞肉超滑,浸到剛剛熟,豉油味淡淡的,加薑蔥食啱啱好
