To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 幾經辛苦終於通過網站推薦,搵到呢一間位於蘭桂坊嘅日本餐廳,作為我同另一半嘅聖誕大餐選擇。個環境同氣氛都相當唔錯,只係略嫌暗咗少少,員工人手充足,服務態度亦都非常好,至於衛生方面唯一美中不足嘅係廁所非常濕滑,有跣到嘅風險。聖誕晚市套餐,就會每個人有一款前菜,而道前菜就係有黑松露同埋吞拿魚,味道唔錯。跟住就可以開始以自助餐形式出去選擇唔同嘅食物,包括六款魚生(馬刀貝、帶子、八爪魚、油甘魚、三文魚以及吞拿魚)、其他嘅小食(包括日本枝豆、壽司薑、味噌湯、泡、雞翼、不同的手卷等等)、以及重頭戲,無限任拎嘅松葉蟹腳。魚生嚟講最好食嘅係帶子,非常鮮甜可口。至於個松葉蟹腳,個size真係好足秤,味道好過我預期,起碼就冇乜雪味,同埋真係有蟹味。同時間每個人都需要叫兩款主菜,所以大家要留一留肚,我同另一半最後分別叫咗大蝦北海燒、A四和牛粒、吞拿魚五點壽司拼盤以及鱈魚西京燒。大致上水準中規中矩,不過我覺得個A4和牛粒就非常肥膩,令人好飽肚。最後每位會有一份甜品,會包括一客Häagen-Dazs嘅士多啤梨味雪糕、少少生果、蕨餅等,會配上乾冰,製造煙幕嘅氛圍,幾有 gimmick。呢個套餐係冇包嘢飲嘅,你可以每
