To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元朗永年士多喺車仔麵界入面係數一數二咁出名,終於有日同朋友去元朗一嚐美味,果然係名不虛傳!!永年士多係自助形式,首先去收銀處到叫嘢食,然後喺出餐處等攞餐,位置都係自己等嘅。同朋友分工合作,一個去攞位一個去叫野食!我叫咗一碗三餸車仔麵- 豬紅,豬腸,牛筋米粉。好足料又湯底一流嘅車仔麵豬紅入味又實淨,唔會一夾就散豬腸夠淋又夠味,唔會好膩牛筋入口即化,唔會硬掘掘總括嚟講,正!好食!掂!我哋叫咗個好邪惡嘅一口奶油多士,啲醬多到滿瀉,好好味😋椰汁紅豆冰,紅豆煮得又淋又化,同椰汁好夾!如果冰塊可以再細粒啲就好啦!永年士多真係不得了!碗車仔麵真係好好味!一定會再返黎食永年有指長壽有指長久,希望永年士多長做長有!
