To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日做完尖唔想食飯，突然間諗起呢度。三點黎到都爆人，想點？好在一個人方便好多，個姐姐叫我，就幫我搵倒個位。無人理，因為忙，以為要電子化落單，一問隔離母女，原來仲係有餐牌，唔明點解無一張枱有，等左陣姐姐過黎就落左呢樣。十年前日日食都唔厭，甚歡喜！所以人問我食乜，十年後都係呢款配搭。雞肉嘅甜、唔辣(有時酸辣)、爽口嘅竹笙吸盡甜雞湯，OH MY GOD! 好多次連湯都飲埋，大滿足！其實咁多年都保持倒質素，不容易，不簡單。支持用心經營嘅食肆。

雞肉嘅甜、唔辣(有時酸辣)、爽口嘅竹笙吸盡甜雞湯，OH MY GOD! 好多次連湯都飲埋，大滿足！
