29/12(二) 7.30pm提早下班,不厭其煩地遠征天水圍科會御用牙醫後,黃昏時份返回市區,我倆到"高登"格價後,不經意把腳步偏倚到這小店-"老友記".坐於戶外座,跟鄰桌江湖味甚濃的街坊為伴,哽下不少二手煙圈!跟同行的江湖老闆細訴舊事.論回食物,店子以串燒,炒粉麵及米線作主打.咱們來了炸蝦筒$15,燒豬頸肉$8,金菇肥牛卷$12,魚腐,魚皮餃及唐生菜米線$23及炒貴刁$28跟凍飲.炸蝦筒--蝦筒炸得乾身香口,蝦粒中還帶芝士香燒豬頸肉--由一泰國人看守的串燒部,以惹味的花生沙嗲醬淋於焦香的豬頸肉上,僥有風味!金菇肥牛卷--阿梁盛讚肉汁充沛的肥牛卷貨色不俗!魚腐,魚皮餃及唐生菜米線--味精湯底可免進口;魚腐浸泡過久,發脹起來,吃落也沒啥味道;魚皮餃更變壞了,吃不得!態度一流的侍應立時將其收回並道歉,值得嘉許!令人留戀的是其份量大方而煙韌的米線!炒貴刁--這碟滴油不沾的炒貴刁可不能看輕!蝦粒,火腿,叉燒,青紅椒,辣椒,芽菜等配料與爽朗的河粉連成一線,繼而喫出適度的咖哩香!花消不到$100的街坊食店,吃得暢快!
